I am married and live with my husband Keith and my teenage daughter Frances in "small town" rural NH. My eldest daughter Nicole lives with her husband Ron nearby and we can't forget my beautiful granddaughter Olivia.
I own and operate Amelia Maes & Co., a small producer of hand made all natural jams, jellies and sauces. I sell these products on line in stores and in local farmers markets. It is my experience at the farmers markets that has driven me to cook locally. My goal is to showcase what kind of local food you can find around you and what you can do with it.
